Your quotation, agreed scope and any handover or product documents help identify the work and the terms that apply. Refer to them when contacting us, and keep operating and care instructions available for future use.
Care and maintenance
Materials, finishes and equipment have different care requirements. Follow the relevant product instructions and include the product details if you need help understanding the information supplied.
Torba offers air-conditioning servicing and repairs. Send the system details and describe the work or issue so the appropriate next step can be discussed. For other installations, refer to the maintenance arrangements agreed for your project.
